All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon invoice generation. We accept the payment methods displayed on our website.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
All services automatically renew for a period equal to the original service term (e.g., a 1-year plan renews for another year, a monthly plan renews monthly) unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Renewal invoices are generated prior to the due date.
4.3 Late Payment and Grace Period
If payment is not received by the due date, a grace period of three (3) days will apply. After the grace period expires, services may be suspended without further notice. Suspended accounts may be terminated and data permanently deleted if payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe.
4.4 Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, hosting fees, domain registration fees, setup fees, and any add-on services. We encourage you to carefully evaluate our services before purchasing.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate account suspension and termination. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of any fees incurred as a result of fraudulent chargebacks.

5.1 How to Cancel
Cancellations must be submitted through the client area at https://vitaversehost.com/clientarea.php. Cancellation requests sent via email, phone, or other channels may not be processed.

- All other plans (quarterly, annual, etc.): At least thirty (30) days before the renewal date
5.3 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your services will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After this date, all data associated with your account may be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to download any data you wish to retain before cancellation takes effect.
