Cancel Service or Request a Refund
If you need to cancel or request a refund during the 30-day money-back period, follow these steps:
- Log in and navigate to Client Area > Services > My Services.
- Locate the service, click View Details, then click Request Cancellation.
- Choose whether to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing cycle, and click Submit.
- We will review your request and issue a refund within the policy period if applicable.
Any prorated refund will be processed to your original payment method or as account credit.
