Cancel Service or Request a Refund

If you need to cancel or request a refund during the 30-day money-back period, follow these steps:

  1. Log in and navigate to Client Area > Services > My Services.
  2. Locate the service, click View Details, then click Request Cancellation.
  3. Choose whether to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing cycle, and click Submit.
  4. We will review your request and issue a refund within the policy period if applicable.

Any prorated refund will be processed to your original payment method or as account credit.
