Change Billing Cycle or Upgrade Service
Need more resources or want to switch your billing term? Here’s how:
- Log in and go to Client Area > Services > My Services.
- Find your hosting package (e.g., Business or Plus) and click View Details.
- Use the Change Billing Cycle dropdown to select monthly, annual, etc.
- To upgrade, click Upgrade/Downgrade, select the new plan, and confirm.
We’ll automatically prorate invoices and apply any credit or additional charges as needed.
