Managing DNS Records

Need to add records like A, CNAME, MX, TXT, or SRV? Here's how:

1. If your domain is registered through us, log in and go to Client Area→Domains→My Domains→Manage DNS.
2. Use the DNS zone editor to add, edit, or delete records:

• A Record: points your domain to an IP
• CNAME: aliases one domain to another
• MX: directs your email to a mail server
• TXT: for verification (e.g., SPF, DKIM)
• SRV: used by services like Teams, VOIP

Save changes—DNS updates may take up to 24 hours to propagate.

Note: Managing DNS requires either registering your domain with us or using a DNS Manager module. Contact support if you need assistance.
